Due to a wide range of community service activities and employee ratings, BBC Inc was ranked in Boston Magazine as one of the top places to work for in 2012. A month later, BBC was again ranked, as #6 in The Boston Globe.

Over 100 employees were asked to take a confidential survey about BBC, answering questions about the company’s management team, pay and benefits offered, as well as the direction and growth taking place. Out of 1,586 employers asked to participate, BBC ranked #6 in the medium employers section, being one of the “healthiest” companies in Massachusetts.
