Patrick spent most of his life between Jacksonville, FL, San Diego, CA, and Meridian, MS. He graduated from Belmont University in Nashville with a degree in French in 2012. While attending Belmont University, Pat interned with the Office of International Business and studied abroad in France for two semesters.
Shortly after graduation Pat joined Boston Business Concepts on July 25, 2012 and quickly excelled to Corporate Sales Trainer by August 5, 2012. As one of our top trainers, Pat has excellent work ethic and the ability to transfer knowledge efficiently. Having been recognized for his hard work he was chosen by management to attend the John Maxwell Leadership Conference on personal and professional growth on December 6, 2012. Pat is currently on a steady track to management.
What was your previous work experience before joining BBC?
“I was a student. I was an office administrative assistant for the school.”
Since working here at BBC what was the best piece of advice that someone here gave you?
“To think like an entrepreneur and run my life like an entrepreneur.”
What is your favorite piece of advice that you like to pass on to those that you train?
“I like to pass on the idea that you have to trust the systems that are put in place to help you succeed. In terms of advice, I would say that I like to show my work ethic and motivation for what I do when training others.”
What is it that you like best about what you do here at BBC?
“I like the performance based nature of the job. I like being able to take on different responsibilities at my own pace.”
What is your long term goal?
“I would like to be able to spend my middle ages available for my family and to continue to travel. Professionally, I want to devote myself to consulting.”
If I were to go out to your car right now what would be playing on your IPOD?
“Right now it would probably be electronic music.”
What is your favorite place that you have traveled so far?
“Nice, France. It’s got a Mediterranean feel and is very beautiful. The café sort of culture combined with fresh seafood and landscape makes it a very peaceful place.”
Where is the one place right now that you really want to go?
“I want to go to Florence, Italy. I like that kind of culture. It seems like a peaceful place and is so full of history.”
