Megan “Maggie” Badolato

Maggie was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. After starting her studies at Eastern Oklahoma State College she transferred to Salem State University where she is currently working toward a degree in Business Administration.

At the end of October 2012, Maggie began her career with Boston Business Concepts. She came in early each day and took it upon herself to arrange one-on-one meetings with her peers. Being internally motivated, after a mere five days Maggie was promoted to Corporate Sales Trainer. Maggie has proven herself to be a hard worker that is driven to succeed and maintains her spot as a top performer.

What was your previous work experience before joining BBC?
“Prior to working here I worked at Arrowhead Rehabilitation for three years in Oklahoma as an Administrative Coordinator. I also worked for AT&T for five years.”

Since working at BBC, what was the best piece of advice that someone here gave you?
“The best thing that someone told me was that attitude is everything. It’s important to never let your highs get too high and your lows get too low, consistency is the goal. I would definitely pass that on to others.”

What is it that you like best about what you do here at BBC?
“I think that it’s a fun working environment and I like the variety as far as day to day tasks.”

What is your long term goal both inside and outside of the BBC?
“My next goal is to reach Assistant Manager and to gain leadership experience along the way. Outside of here I would honestly just like to take care and provide for my mom.”

What song did you listen to on your way in this morning?
“It’s a Great Day to Be Alive, I love that song it pumps me up.”

What is your favorite place that you have traveled thus far?
“Well I have been to Paris so that would probably be my favorite place so far.”

If you were to get on a plane in one hour from now where would you want it to take you?
“Italy, I am Italian. I also really want to see the rain forest!”
