Internship Awards

BBC presented awards to their interns this past Friday to recognize their hard work and effort.

All interns received a certificate of achievement award; however, a select few received special awards for their outstanding accomplishments over the course of the internship.

BBC’s top leaders voted on each award presenting seven awards to eight different interns.

·         Outstanding Attendance Award – Daniel Zhang

·         Unsung Hero Award – Nikki Liston

·         Award for Excelling Administratively and Still Producing in Sales: Daniel Zhang, Jennifer Mo and Samantha Lerner

·         Most Improved Award – Michael Foustoukos

·         Coaching/ Leadership Award – Stacy Mcdonald

·         High Roller Award – Lily Borchert

·         Top Intern Award – Lily Borchert and Gabe Andrade

Interns Working Hard and Getting Ahead

Many interns are starting to head back to school this month and are wrapping things up around the office. Interns have been very helpful this summer with clients, office work, and setting up charity events. One intern, Danielle Pingue, has set up a charity softball event to benefit Operation Smile, a charity BBC has donated too on several occasions. Danielle set up the event on her own by contacting Teddy Ebersol Field, where the event will be held,  creating sign-up sheets for employees to place their names on, and picking a date that would be best for the entire office. Interns have been learning how to write press releases for BBC, working with admins learning about human resources, and much much more! Congratulations to all our interns and goodluck with the rest of school!

BBC Bowling Charity Night a Success

Rallying to the slogan "Knock down a pin, give a child a grin", the BBC office was able to raise over $700 for the Operation Smile Charitable organization! Hosted at Town Line Ten Pin in Malden, MA ten teams of five competed for glory and bragging rights. In the end it was "The Alley Catz", comprising of Gabriel Andrade, Daniel Hamilton, Steven Tan, Conroy Bennet, and Richard Wood who prevailed. Thank you all for your time and donations! Boys & Girls Club Thanks BBC Inc.

BBC recently donated $150 to the Woburn Boys and Girls Club and played a 3 on 3 basketball match. The Boys and Girls Club has 300 members who attend daily and work very hard to maintain the Club and support for the members. BBC Inc was thrilled to be able to contribute and help the community of Woburn!
